31 and Baby Shower Fun!

How far along: 31!

Gender: Lady! 

Symptoms:  This week was actually not too bad in the rib department. I made an unfortunate choice in lunch the other day which triggered some pain, but it's been much better than previous weeks.

Weight gain: More and more comments about how big I am... rolls eyes

Maternity clothes: Yup

Stretch marks: Still just on my boobs

Belly button in or out: Same as last week.

Sleep: I am soooo exhausted. I didn't sleep well this weekend. Lots of middle of the night pees and Layla has decided that she must snuggle as close to me as possible.

Best moment this week: Baby shower time! Lots of family and friends in town to shower Baby Mathews. We got to finally meet Jim and Raina's precious Lincoln and hang out. We got lots of goodies and my nesting instinct is wanting to organize all of the things. I foresee a trip to Ikea in my future. 

Also, Ben and I started birthing classes this week. Pretty exciting stuff. 

Worst moment this week: Just the weekend going by so fast. I feel like it was a whirlwind.

Miss anything: Sleep

Movement: She's still a mover, but not a trick pony. Any time someone wants to feel her move she immediately stops. I have a feeling she might have inherited her Daddy's stubborn side. Uh oh.

Cravings: All of the sweets

Queasy or sick: Felt a little queasy last night, but that might be from all the greasy food I ate.  

Looking forward to: Our next birthing class and another Doctor's appointment next week.
