Favorite Food: Cookies, Apples, Anything in Oma's bag, Peas
Favorite Toy: Markers, Play dough
Favorite Show: "Monkey George" all day every day
Favorite Thing to Do Outside: Kick the soccer ball, look for worms, play football
Favorite thing to Do Inside: Color, run around, pretend to sleep
Favorite Song: We listen to a lot of Jose-Luis Orozco in the car
Favorite Book: No David, Potty Books, Find Momo, Sticker books, "Mommy" Book
Least favorite thing: Still diaper changes, not getting what she wants, toe nail trims
New Skill: Lots and lots of talking and singing, getting really good at naming colors, can make different faces for different emotions
Funny Moments:
-Recently Violet has been obsessed with "dirty". She wants you to draw pictures of things and then make them "dirty". She'll say draw Uncle 'Ot and then point to his face and say "dirty".
-Vi has been trying so hard to jump. She looks like she's spazzing out every time she tries to hop.
-I made a cake for a friend's birthday and left it on the kitchen table. I freaked out when it suddenly got very quiet in the dining room. I go in there and Vi is hurriedly shoving cake scrapes into her mouth. Guess she takes after her Oma.
Special events this month:
-Went to Science City for the first time. Enjoyed the new train exhibit and toddler space. Vi's favorite thing was painting on the glass.
-Christina visited for a weekend. Violet had a great time singing, dancing, and playing with her. She even let Christina french braid her hair.
