Mom fail! Life got busy and I haven't updated in forever.
Violet started preschool and dance class last week. The first day of school was stressful for Mom. I dropped her off and she ran off towards the playground. I started walking to my car and heard someone yelling after me. I turned around to see Vi sprinting towards me crying. The teacher swooped her up and carried her back to the playground. Broke my heart into a million pieces and I couldn't think of anything else the next 3 hours. This week she keeps saying she's not even sad at preschool anymore; so that makes me happy.
Dance has been a hit so far. She loves going and attempting to follow the instructor. There's only a minimal amount of rolling on the floor and spinning in circles.
We started swim lessons this past week too. They have been very hit or miss. Once she learned that her teacher was going to dunk her during class; she's been less enthusiastic about going.
Mom has been very busy back at work full time. It's been a hard transition for the two of us.
